For family and divorce mediations we have a sliding scale fee which ranges from $100 to $200 per hour and is based on the participant's incomes. All other types of mediations are $200 per hour. We charge no retainer, only the hourly charge for the office session and writing up agreements reached. For mediations out of town or out of state there are travel and per diem charges.

We offer FREE consultations by telephone. For family issues we start with an orientation which covers: the mediators role; the clients role; the steps in the mediation process and the fees. If, after the orientation, clients do not feel mediation is the correct venue for their situation, we waive the normal fee and charge only $50. If they choose to mediate, we include the orientation in the first session and charge at the agreed upon rate.

For business mediations we may meet with the participants individually for at short period before bringing the parties together.
